Our condition guide is as follows:

OVERSTOCK - Item is unused with tags in original sealed box. Box may have slight damage.
OPEN BOX - Item is unused with tags in an open box or bagged. If a floor model, item may have slight scuffs due to handling
EXCELLENT - Item is used, slight scuffs, scratches, fading & wear, all parts are present*
GREAT - Item is used, moderate scuffs, scratches, fading & wear, all parts are present*
GOOD - Item is used, prominant scuffs, scratches, fading & wear, all parts are present*

* On the rare occasion we sell an item missing minor parts, this will be indicated in the item description.

Yes, we offer financing options through Shop Pay Installments for eligible items. You can select this payment option during checkout to pay for your purchase over time.

Trade In Program FAQs

Rebelstork's REV™ pricing technology will give you a real-time resale estimate for your baby gear. They will set a fair market price for your items depending on model, age and condition - with the goal to sell your item quickly and at the optimal price! See the earnings guide here.
This rarely happens but, If it does, Rebelstork will review the pricing of your item and lower it if need be. If it still does not sell and it’s been more than 120 days, we have options for donation or recycling to one of our non-for-profit partners. Prior to the 120 day mark if you do not wish to have them donated you can arrange to have your item(s) mailed back at your charge. If you have concerns about the sale of your item, reach out to Rebelstork's customer care team at sellers@rebelstork.com.
If your item(s) do not match the description you've provided and don't meet our condition requirements, our Child Passenger Safety Technicians (CPST Techs) will not approve the item for resale. Items not approved will be saved from landfills and donated to a mama in need. See condition guide here.
The best way to get the highest value is to prep your gear! Here are a few tips: Ensure your gear is clean and that any machine-washable items, have been washed. Include the original box and instructions, if you have them. If not, no big deal. You can ship your product back in any box - just make sure to protect it as best as possible for shipping. Double-check that all parts are present and in working condition.
No! Your items can be disassembled and packed into any box that will accommodate. Be sure to securely pack and protect all the parts.
You will be provided with a free shipping label. Just download and print it, pack up your item, and ship it in.
You can email sellers@rebelstork.com and the Rebelstork team will respond within 12-24 hours. You can also chat with their team Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm EST at rebelstork.com.

Shipping & Returns FAQs

Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email confirmation sent to the email on file. This email is will act as your invoice and will provide you with your order number.

If your item is being delivered to a pick up depot you will receive an email notifying you of the earliest pick up date once it becomes available.

We know you need your gear! Our distribution team works tirelessly to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

At Rebelstork, we are breaking the cycle of wasteful returns – we ask that before you make your purchase you check all the information you need to ensure the item is right for you. 

What is the hassle-free returns option?

Submit a Return Claim

By selecting return protection at the time of purchase, you can return the item for any reason within 7 days of delivery. However, if return protection is not added when you place the order, the item can only be returned under our usual return guidelines listed in the policy below.

Returns Policy

If return protection is not purchased, returns will be accepted only if the below issues are reported to us within 24 hours of the order being delivered or due for pickup:

• Incorrect or missing item
• Item not as described
• Item is not authentic

If we verify your claim, your payment will be refunded.

If you changed your mind or the item does not fit your space, we unfortunately cannot accept a return – we hope you support our mission and understand why we are standing by this policy.
Rebelstork offers nationwide shipping on most products, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Some remote areas of the country we will ship too with an additional fee. Full shipping details can be found on our shipping guide.

There are shipping restrictions on bulky products like furniture, travel systems, cribs, dressers, large outdoor play items and rockers. To determine if the item you're interested in can be shipped to you, enter your postal code on the Product Details Page and follow the prompts.
Due to health and safety requirements, Team Rebby is not permitted to enter your home. Your items will be dropped off at your doorstep or lobby and you will need to transport the items to your room of choice.
