The condition of each item is listed on the product page.
Our condition guide is as follows:

OVERSTOCK - Item is unused with tags in original sealed box. Box may have slight damage.
OPEN BOX - Item is unused with tags in an open box or bagged. If a floor model, item may have slight scuffs due to handling
EXCELLENT - Item is used, slight scuffs, scratches, fading & wear, all parts are present*
GREAT - Item is used, moderate scuffs, scratches, fading & wear, all parts are present*
GOOD - Item is used, prominant scuffs, scratches, fading & wear, all parts are present*

* On the rare occasion we sell an item missing minor parts, this will be indicated in the item description.

We set a fair market price for your items depending on the brand, model, age and condition. Our goal is to sell your items quickly, at the optimal price.

We're glad you asked! See our prep your gear guide here. If you are dropping your item off at a depot: we handle your items with care, but please package it in either a box or bag, just to protect it from damage
As we only accept items that are from the best baby brands that are in high demand, this rarely happens. In the event that it does, we will review the pricing of your item and lower it if need be. If it still does not sell, we have options for donation or recycling as a last resort. We will never throw out your item and always promise to keep baby gear out of landfills.
If your item(s) do not match the description you've provided and don't meet our condition requirements, they will not be approved for resale. Items not approved will be saved from landfills and donated to a mama in need.
You can pick up your items at one of our depots - a $15 restocking fee per item will apply. Please contact us at sellers@rebelstork.com to submit a return request.
Nope! If you do have the box it may make for an easier pickup (and we’d totally love you for that!), but if you don't have the box it’s no biggie. If the item we are picking up has multiple components, we ask that all pieces are put together in a bag or box attached to your item to ensure a smooth pickup process.

Due to legal and safety regulations, we are unable to resell car used seats.
We don't accept clothing at this time.
Depending on the condition, age, and demand for your accessories, we can likely list them with your main item. You can include them in your sell request - if they're not in our database then give us the details through the "something else" button when you're prompted.

Yes, we require all cribs to be disassembled with all parts bundled together prior to pickup.
No need, we will do this when our team of experts performs our quality check :)

Shipping & Returns FAQs

Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email confirmation sent to the email on file. This email is will act as your invoice and will provide you with your order number.

If your item is being delivered to a pick up depot you will receive an email notifying you of the earliest pick up date once it becomes available.

We know you need your gear! Our distribution team works tirelessly to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Did you know that over 5 billion pounds of returned goods end up in landfill every year?

At Rebelstork, we are breaking the cycle of wasteful returns – we ask that before you make your purchase you check all the information you need to ensure the item is right for you. 

Returns will be accepted only if the below issues are reported to us within 24 hours of the order being delivered or due for pickup:

• Incorrect or missing item
• Item not as described
• Item is not authentic

If we verify your claim, your payment will be refunded.

If you changed your mind or the item does not fit your space, we unfortunately cannot accept a return – we hope you support our mission and understand why we are standing by this policy.

The good news? You can always re-list the item on Rebelstork!
Rebelstork offers nationwide shipping on most products, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Unfortunately there are shipping restrictions on bulky products like cribs and rockers. To determine if the item you're interested in can be shipped to you, check the Shipping Eligibility tab on the item page.
Due to health and safety requirements, Team Rebby is not permitted to enter your home. Your items will be dropped off at your doorstep or lobby and you will need to transport the items to your room of choice.

Due to our commitment to process orders as quickly as possible. WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS TO YOUR ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED.

No, our site accepts one discount code per order. We suggest using the offer that expires first!
Unfortunately, points can not be retroactively added to previously placed orders.

REV™ FAQs

Not necessarily. REV™ is changing based on the continuous collection of market demand data. Each listing is passed through REV™ to determine listing price at point of listing, it is dynamic to the time it is listed. When selling an item with Rebelstork you will see each item(s) listing price in your personal digital seller account.
