Merchandise Operations Assistant

As Merchandise Operations Assistant you will be responsible for the maintenance and execution of accurate daily product listings & reconciling inbound inventory on our website. You will also be the key point person for problem-solving product-related order concerns, supporting the operational needs specific to your division, and for providing market insights & business analysis on your region as needed.

Job Details:

  • Manage & maintain inbound inventory flow; reconcile inbound inventory with accurate and timely product listings and identify discrepancies
  • Create & manage compelling and accurate product listings on that meet our approval criteria using our custom app.
  • Achieve daily/weekly and monthly listing goals
  • Support Customer & Seller Care team members with problem solving when needed
  • Continually research the full price and resale baby gear market regularly and apply learnings to our assortment including product features, and marketing opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with our Distribution team, Merchandising team, Marketing team across all facilities.


  • Post-Secondary education or equivalent working experience
  • Tech savvy- You are comfortable with technology and able to dig into new systems to load product into the Rebelstork inventory system
  • Teamwork principles – Works well cross functionally with a variety of teams (Merchandising, Customer Care, Tech, Marketing)
  • Self-managed and guided by business objectives with excellent attention to detail
  • Understands customer care 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, Possess creative problem-solving skills 
  • Able to work and succeed with minimum supervision 
  • Possess creative problem-solving skills 
  • Is motivated by targets and is energized to achieve them
  • Act as a vital member of Team Rebby through punctuality and professional conduct

Work Environment:

  • On-site in our office/warehouse, and remote work time based on daily business needs
