Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of Canada and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Rebelstork or its affiliates or of their advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family of such employees and persons with whom such employees are domiciled (whether or not a member of their immediate family; “immediate family” is defined as parents, siblings, children or spouse) are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter: Follow us on TikTok @rebelstork and drop your favourite emoji in the comments. Entrants must have a valid TikTok account and must be able to receive emails from Rebelstork at the time of entry and at the time winners are selected and confirmed.
Entry Period: The giveaway begins on August 19th, 2024, at 12pm ET and ends on Aug 31st at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any person who submitted an entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.
Winner Release: The selected entrants will also be required to sign and return within a specified time period a declaration and release form which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with the rules and acceptance of the prize was awarded without substitution; (ii) releases Rebelstork, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with the giveaway, the selected entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the prize or any portion thereof; and (iii) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of their names, address, voice, statements and/or photograph or other likeness, without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by Rebelstork in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the Internet.
Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on Tuesday September 3rd, 2024, via Instagram and TikTok and contacted with a direct message. Winners must respond within 48 hours (2 business days) to claim their prize, or another winner will be selected. Declining the prize, failing to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question (for Canadian winners), failing to return the properly executed declaration and release form within the time period indicated or otherwise failing to comply with the rules will cause the prize to be forfeited and a new winner selected in accordance with the process for the prize, as described above.
Prizes: 1 winner will be selected to win a Rebelstork Gift Card valued at $500 ($500 CAD for Canadian Residents). Any costs or expenses incurred by the winners in claiming or using their prize will be the responsibility of the winners. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, no cash substitutes. Rebelstork reserves the right to substitute a prize (in whole or in part) with a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value.
General Conditions: Rebelstork reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.
Marketing communications: With your consent, Rebelstork may use your username and certain contact information contained within your entry (such as your TikTok handle) to send you promotional and marketing communications.
Limitation of Liability: Rebelstork is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other errors that may occur.
